French Mini-Maternelle
For many years Brooklyn families who value progressive and play-based French education have sought out the pre-school program at LLS. Our program nurtures children and provides them with the building blocks needed for a lifetime of learning and critical thinking while exposing them to the benefits of speaking a foreign language in a supportive environment. Learning of many fields happens in French allowing for organic and natural absorption of the language. In addition we pride ourselves in creating an environment of inclusivity and awareness of others and many cultures and values.

Trillium Program
LLS and Trilok School are collaborating to create a dual-language French/English program. We will begin with one Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade class. We will then extend to elementary school 3rd, 4th and 5th grade.
French Classes

The high quality of language instruction provides an opportunity for children to socialize and to develop their language skills in the French language in a joyful way that ensures a lifelong interest and passion for language. We offer French daytime, after-school, and Saturday classes for children 6 months to 12-years-old. We are known for our small classes driven by child’s interests and passions. Our gifted educators are native speakers with vast knowledge and experience in bilingual education as well as arts, math, and science integration.
French Summer Day Camps
French Summer Camp for children ages 4 to 10-years-old has been an anchor at LLS since 2007. Take the opportunity to immerse your child in French language and culture during one to five weeks of camp. Children will learn about and engage with the language through visual arts, sports, theatre music, science, cooking and more.
Since 2015 French Summer Mini-Camp has been a wonderful way for babies 1-year-old to children 4-years-old to interact and explore in French five days a week alongside a caregiver for one to four weeks of summer camp.
