Evelyne Irie was born and raised in Ivory Coast. At her early age , she started showing passion for Art. She studied at the Artistic High School of Abidjan and the National School of Fine Arts of Côte d’Ivoire where she holds a high school diploma in Fine Arts and a bachelor’s degree in applied art.

She has tutored fine Arts in some elementary school in Abidjan. In 2013, she moved to New York and studied Early childhood Education at the Hostos Community college where she holds her Child Development Associate (CDA). She is currently continuing her studies at Lehman college.

Before coming to Language and Laughter Studio , she has worked at la Petite Ecole and Smith street maternelle .She has learned a lot about children’s development which makes her think that Early Childhood Education is the foundation of their future.
